Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty

All Thera MG products are backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Thera MG will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you (excluding shipping and handling fees, where applicable).


What’s Covered

  • Mechanical defects (e.g., motor or battery issues)

  • Manufacturing faults in attachments or accessories

  • Electrical malfunctions not caused by misuse


What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, normal fading)

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or marketplaces


Extended Warranty Option

For extra peace of mind, you can extend your coverage for up to 2 additional years at checkout. Our Extended Protection Plan ensures your Thera MG is covered well beyond the standard warranty period.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Locate your order number and proof of purchase.

  3. Provide photos or videos of the issue (if applicable).

  4. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through repair or replacement.


Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending products back for inspection.

  • If your claim is approved, Thera MG will cover the cost of shipping your replacement unit.
